Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so if you happen to change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all (Pieces) labels intact.
gewellryz.com will gladly return, refund or exchange in accordance with the following conditions:
- gewellryz.com will exchange or refund (full price items only) within 30 days of purchase.
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns on sale items purchased, we will gladly exchange only.
- Exchanges can only be accommodated for items of Equal or Lasser VALUE.
- You must provide ‘proof of purchase’, being either a tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/PayPal used to make the original purchase.
The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by gewelleyz.com, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping & restocking charges are NOT refundable.
- Items must be in a new condition and unworn, unwashed, and with all (Pieces) labels intact., to be accepted as a return. Product tags must be attached to the product on return if applicable.
Items SENT back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all (Pieces) labels intact, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SAIL items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. However, shipping & restocking charges are NOT refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
